the staff were friendly and cute. the room was spacious with a comfy double bed and a sofa area it was very clean.
the hotel is located on a steep road making walking difficult. the shuttle service did not run frequently enough it was difficult to get around without taxis.

The family studio was clean with toiletries and towels provided. the pool area was well kept. the hotel offers a shuttle to the beach and jungceylon mall. It was helpful. but the shuttle waits for 2-5 mins before leaving.

The room was spacious and clean, providing great comfort. The bed was large. the shuttle bus service from the hotel proved useful. the pool area benefitted from sun exposure for most of the day. receptionists were consistently helpful, appreciated.

A shuttle to the beach and the mall was available. This reduced reliance on taxis. there are specific times and service. bolt and grab services are available nearby. the rooftop bar has lovely views for sunset.

the staff were friendly ,polite and lovely.
the location was not good for exploring. A free shuttle runs every 2 hours, but it is not very convenient , so I ended up taking tuk tuks and grabs which weren't cheap. This location is great if you want to sit at the resort all DAY.
